This is a study guide planned for husbands and wives to use together for a ten week period. Each week there are instructions for five days and a concluding letter to be written. Spaces in the book are left to be filled in. If the book is to be used that way, husband and wife should each have heir own copy. For people who can write their feelings, this is an excellent outline although it may be more difficult for those who seldom express themselves in writing. Two things stand out: (1) couples must reserve some time for themselves in order to keep communication open; (2)m negative feelings and observations are best not committed to writing and if they need to be expressed this should be done verbally.
